Where do we deliver?

Residentals-Important Information Please Note: Due to special handling requirements, we are unable to offer surprise deliveries to residential addresses. Balloons, Candy bouquets, stuffed animals, and flowers must be accepted in person by someone at the residence. The order cannot be left unattended, even if requested when placing the order we will not leave unatteded.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the hotel and ensure the order is delivered to the guest. Once the balloons are delivered to the hotel, Chicago Balloon Bouquet considers the delivery complete.

Please note: Multiple hotel staff may handle the order as it’s transferred within the building. For this reason, we are not responsible for any balloons, candy bouquet, stuffed animals, or flowers that are lost, damaged, or tangled during hotel transit.

Hospitals-Important information Due to hospital policies, we may not be able to deliver directly to a patient’s room. Balloons, candy bouquet, stuffed animals, and flowers are often left at a designated drop-off point, and staff may delay delivery.

We will confirm the patient is admitted and allowed to receive balloons, candy bouquet, stuffed animals, and flowers before proceeding. If we’re unable to proceed, you’ll be notified and your order will be refunded in full.

If we are cleared to deliver, but the hospital refuses the balloons, candy bouquet, stuffed animals or flowers upon arrival, the order will be marked as delivered, and no refund will be issued.

If the patient is discharged before we arrive, you may:

1. Have the order delivered to a nearby address (additional fee may apply), or

2. Cancel the order — however, no refund will be issued in this case.

Latex balloons are not allowed in hospitals. Mylar balloons are usually accepted, but restrictions may vary—please check with the hospital before ordering.

Office Buildings-Important Information For security reasons at some office buildings , we May not be able to deliver balloons, candy bouquet, stuffed animals and flowers directly to the recipient. Deliveries may need to be dropped at a front desk, bell desk, or loading dock, depending on the office building policy. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the recipient and ensure the order is delivered to them. Once the balloons, candy bouquet, stuffed animals, and flowers are delivered to the office building, Chicago Balloon Bouquet considers the delivery complete.
